7 Heaven Vacation

The lake behind the house has a peaceful view, and we loved relaxing by the private pool in the warm sunshine. The grandparents enjoyed cooking homemade food and spoiling the kids, with Walmart and lots of restaurants on 192 only 2-3 miles away. Disney and the major theme parks are a short 15-20 minute drive for the kids. The location worked well for everyone. The house felt like a home away from home, with room for us all and the whole place and pool to ourselves. It was very clean, looked recently renovated, and had new appliances. The three bathrooms were a real help, especially with a teenage girl taking her time getting ready in the morning. We loved the whole stay so much that we don't want to book hotel rooms in Orlando anymore, especially around Christmas and New Year when hotels and resorts feel crowded. I'd recommend this house to my friends. Thanks for the lovely memories!

The master bathroom had mold, the towels were dirty, and we killed around 100 flies inside. Really disgusting. When we arrived at Hideaway Villa, the place smelled of food, the air ducts were caked with dust, and the pool was dirty, had hair in it, and didn't smell of chlorine. It was supposed to have been cleaned and sanitized before our visit. I called customer service and was told someone would call about our complaint. I'm still waiting. I also emailed photos of the air ducts and explained that our kids are asthmatic and the issue needed to be resolved as soon as possible. They said the air filter had been changed and housekeeping would come in the morning to clean the house and pool. Housekeeping came, but only cleaned the air ducts. The pool was cleaned later that day. Would I recommend 7 Heaven Vacation Home? Look elsewhere.

A wonderful deal for a big family, and we plan to return and tell our friends about it. Disney was 15 minutes away, and the price was perfect. We stayed at Sunset Lake and had a great time. The house was pretty, clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for everyone. The kids had tons of fun in the pool while we watched from the outdoor table. Angelina, the property manager, was great and very professional.

The villa was dirty and filthy when we arrived after driving 17 hours to Orlando. There was urine in the toilet and dirty linen on the middle of the floor. I called numerous times about the pool, but no one came to clean it. The carpet was dirty too, and the property management was awful. They don't care about customer service. We've stayed at excellent villas before and never had problems like this. I wish those places hadn't been booked so I could have saved my hard-earned money instead of coming to this dump. Beware. We couldn't check in until around 6:30 pm. When I spoke to the manager, her first excuse was that check-in wasn't until 4 pm, even though I opened the door at 3:30. There's no way it could have been properly disinfected and cleaned in 30 minutes. Then she said the previous guest had checked out late because of a hospital emergency. I was livid. I asked for my cleaning fee back; she said she couldn't refund it and offered free use of the BBQ grill, which wasn't enough. They refunded $50, but only after I emailed that I'd track down the corporate owner and complain. I'm still going to do that. If I could give zero stars, I would.
