It was a clean, safe hotel for families, with no gimmicks, and the stay was very good for the price. I'd spent months in Kissimmee and wish I'd found it sooner. Other hotels in this price range don't come close to the quality.

The room was just like the pictures, decent and clean, and the outside was clean too. There was lots of storage for our things, plus a spot for luggage. I'd definitely recommend this place and would like to come back if I can.

Everything we needed to eat or shop for was nearby, and Disney was only about 10-12 minutes away. The rooms were clean and the area was really quiet.

No resort fees was a big plus, and I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. My wife and I spent a week here and had a lovely time. The room was simple but clean, with a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and microwave. Parking was free, and there were plenty of food choices and small shops within walking distance. O-Town is just a few minutes up the street, which is fun on the weekend.

I stayed for an extended visit and found the place well maintained every day. The staff were great, and communication and availability were good. It's a safe area, and the modern room has Disney vibes. It worked well for children and for a short or longer stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
