The community pool was just okay and only 3' deep, and the secondary gates didn't work. The neighborhood wasn't in a great part of town either. We stayed with a few families in a large house, but the house hadn't been properly turned over, with dirty sheets piled in corners. Our house pool could fit about 10 people, even though the house slept 25 or more. Trash was never emptied properly because the HOA refused to clear it out. We had critters every night, and the place was disgusting. We were picking up garbage every morning. They let a towing company drive through and tow cars at its own discretion, without reason or notice. The cops came and agreed it was a complete scam and predatory. Do not stay in this neighborhood. You've been warned.

The house was in poor shape, with barely enough parking for three cars despite having 12 bedrooms. It's also inconvenient to the theme parks. The owner or management company didn't respond to our complaints. This was the worst place in the Orlando area, hands down. Do not stay here. We arrived to find two dirty rooms, with the mattresses out in the hallway and the previous guests' dirty linens balled up in a corner. One mattress was covered in what looked like blood, feces, and/or urine, and the room smelled like puke. Trash from several previous guests was still outside in a broken receptacle. There's also a predatory tow company patrolling the neighborhood and towing cars for no good reason. It's a money grab.

We rented an Airbnb here for my niece's birthday with my family. The Airbnb itself was okay, but the resort felt sketchy and run down. It was definitely not worth the money, and nothing looked like the pictures posted by the resort or rental agencies. Don't be fooled. Parking is a big problem. The driveways are tiny, you can't park on the street or grass, and a seven to eight bedroom home for 10 people and four cars has only a two-car driveway. The main issue is the tow truck company contract posted in the photo. The driver stalks the community at midnight and tries to tow cars while people are asleep if they're even a couple of inches over the sidewalk. If you catch him, he gets angry and mouthy, charges $75, and threatens to come back if you're even a centimeter over the line. It's extremely confrontational and predatory. Avoid this place. My landlord told me they're selling their property because the resort community has become so bad and predatory. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. You'll regret renting in this dump.

There are parties at the properties until 6 AM, and I saw an Only fans person filming videos in the public hot tub. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. This isn't a family-friendly area. The property allows a predatory towing company. The cops were called, and they told us the tow was legal, even though we were parked in the driveway. Apparently they'll tow the car at the owner's expense if the bumper sticks just 1 inch into the sidewalk. There were no signs anywhere in the complex, just a vague warning from the owner through Booking.com chat.
