The location is easy to spot, right beside a giant wizard souvenir shop, and it's simple to save money nearby. There's a Japanese AYCE buffet, and 7/11, ALDI grocery store, and a CVS pharmacy are about a five-minute walk across the street. At BPoshtels in Disney Orlando, the staff were welcoming, and the room was clean and thoughtfully designed. The place also has a pool, laundry, and a lounge with video games. Bonnie was especially kind and welcoming, and worked hard to keep everything inviting and running smoothly. I'll definitely come back for my next business trip.

We spent 12 days here, and it was well worth the price. We booked through air bnb and had no trouble checking in or with anything else. The pool area is nice, and the washers and dryers take card payments. There are good amenities nearby too, with Disney close by and World's Food Trucks and Old Town just down the road.

The pool was clean and the landscaping was well kept, but the room itself was six bunks for six women with a tiny bathroom and poor ventilation. The location isn't walkable for entertainment, and there was no covered outdoor shared space for hanging out in the rain. Communication with the concierge was difficult because English clearly wasn't a first language for them. The lobby offered very little service and closed, leaving nowhere to make a late-night snack without disturbing your roommates. If you arrive before check-in, they can lock your luggage in a clean but slightly mold-smelling maintenance room. The advertised 8:30 a.m. and afternoon meetup times had no coordination or facilitator. Lockers are tiny, and top bunks cost more while offering less space because only bottom bunks have storage underneath, especially if those travelers also use the furniture storage for souvenirs.

I've stayed in plenty of hostels, but the communication here was the worst I've experienced. I explained that I needed a bottom bunk because of a disability, and the response came across as rushed and discriminatory. They knew I needed to shower and manage things on my own, and said it wasn't a care facility and the hostel might not suit me if I couldn't care for myself. I don't see what any of that has to do with asking for a bottom bunk.
