The area looks a little rough, but the room was nice and clean, with no bugs, which matters a lot to me. I needed somewhere at the last minute during my trip, and this was a great stop. The innkeepers are really sweet and friendly, good people who deserve your business. I'd stay here again anytime I'm in Orlando.

Mr.Keith & Ms.Brittney were so welcoming and kind, and made our stay in Kissimmee comfortable. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were clean, and there were no odors. Much love, and thank you both. I'd highly recommend them if you're in the Kissimmee area.

I had to leave as soon as I arrived. The room was disgusting, and there was trash and needles outside. It looked nothing like the advertised photos. Brittany was rude and didn't seem to care. The room had MOLD, STAINED WALLS, and RUSTED FIXTURES. If remodeling really started nine months ago, you wouldn't know it. This place needs to be demolished. Don't waste your time or money.

My family and I enjoy living here. The rooms are roomy and clean, with good appliances, including big screen smart TVs and a large fridge that's hardly a mini fridge. The showers are big, though there isn't a tub. It's quiet, with no constant police visits and drama, and security is good. There are working cameras all over the building and they're monitored. There are no pets allowed, which helps keep things clean, especially with no bugs. 10/10.

The price is definitely affordable, and Keith was very helpful and accommodating. My room could have been cleaner, but otherwise it was a nice experience. I ended up extending my stay, and Keith even offered to let me stay in the room past checkout while I saw whether I was getting a route. That was awesome of him. I'd definitely come again.
