We loved the house itself for our three days with a big family. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. But a towing incident nearly ruined the trip. We followed the host’s parking directions carefully, yet our rental car was towed early Monday morning, the day we left, without warning or explanation. We had to go a long way to the impound lot and pay a non-negotiable $300 in cash only to get the car back. With a 30-minute wait and two young children, the delay was extremely stressful, and we almost missed our flight to Boston. We suspect tourists are being targeted by this predatory practice. If you stay, take a time-stamped photo of your car in the correct spot every night as proof, or consider a hotel to avoid this kind of disaster. The towing was easily the worst part of our trip.

We love this house complex. This was our second time staying here in an Airbnb, and it’s close to everything.

The resort had broken or missing things all over, and I honestly can’t see how it got four stars. We were there for two days and roof work on our house woke us at 7AM both mornings. The workers were so loud and careless that getting any sleep seemed hopeless. They also shut off our key fob because the clubhouse roof was being worked on, so we couldn’t use the clubhouse during our whole stay. The refund for that was 5$.

The parking rules are strict, so make sure you know how to park your vehicle and how large it is. They explain the rules clearly in the paperwork and do enforce them. Aside from that, this was a great value and I’d stay again. The townhouse was spacious, nicely finished, and had a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked, so finding that kind of room was a pleasant surprise. The resort is quiet, tucked away from the main roads, and about 20 to 30 minutes from Disney depending on traffic.
