My husband and I are in a room on the second floor and have no complaints. Whenever I’ve needed something from the front desk, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of it. I love that they’re pet friendly, the lobby is always clean, and someone at the desk is always there helping guests. The rooms are great, and the beds make it easy to get a good night’s sleep before enjoying the amusement rides and walking around. Everything is close by. Liz at the front desk is spectacular, polite, sweet, and always attentive to guests’ needs or problems. We’re grateful, and the hotel should recognize her. The area is perfect for fun and adventures, and there’s a huge pool that’s always clean and ready to enjoy. If you’re reading this, come stay and have a great experience of your own.

A huge roach was crawling on the ceiling 45 minutes after I checked in. I packed up and checked out right away, after spending less than an hour there. I was told I’d get a refund, but manager Roberto refused, even though I never stayed. The corporate office didn’t reply to my email, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and report the roach infestation to the Health Department. I have photos and video of roaches. The whole building needs a makeover. The location may be good, but the hotel is run down, dirty, and smells. I don’t recommend staying unless you like something crawling on you in the middle of the night.

Lizz made me feel welcome and valued, and made my stay that much better. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make everything smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She was professional, kind, patient, attentive, and happy to handle every question or request with a smile. Customer service that feels this genuine is rare. She’s a huge asset to this location. Thanks for going the extra mile, I noticed.

The location makes getting around easy: the interstate is under five minutes away, Tampa and Cocoa Beach Pier are about an hour out, and the theme parks are 15 minutes away. The front desk is the real standout, kind and genuinely eager to help. The GM can come across as intense, though I can imagine managing two properties gets exhausting. It has a corporate-housing feel, with people mostly keeping to themselves, and the rooms are spacious. Sure, some things could be improved, but that likely means paying more. I think some reviews forget to account for the price. A solid budget choice for a longer stay.
