The staff were the bright spot. When we called about things that weren't working, they did what they could with what they had, and the pool area was nice and clean. Our beds were okay, but the furniture looked dated and worn, and the rooms could've been cleaner. The AC stayed around 80 degrees, so it was hot even at 3AM. We were in villa 3112 Magic Kingdom way and I bought three box fans to make it bearable. We didn't stay the full 7 days, and I left the fans behind. If the AC had worked, or at least been fixed, I think this would've been a 3, 5 & 4 star stay. Honestly, for the price, which was a certificate, I'd try it again. Maybe we'd get AC next time, lol.

The property promptly refunded us when we chose not to stay, and the condo itself was clean and roomy enough for us, though quite dated. We had stayed here 3-5 years ago and remembered a quiet, family atmosphere, but that wasn't our experience this time. We wanted a relaxing poolside retreat after several days at the parks. Instead, the pool had blaring music, videos flashing on a huge screen, and very bright lights that didn't feel family-oriented. The lazy river smelled bad, and all the tubes were deflated, so most people were walking through it. The lobby also has a large liquor selection, including hard liquor, on an open makeshift shelf. It isn't our scene, and once drinking gets going, things usually get wild. Nearby there's a busy Walmart, Olive Garden, and other shopping and dining. The place feels low-end despite some updates. If you don't care what your kids see or hear, don't expect quality surroundings, and don't mind the smell of a good blunt in the air, you might be fine here. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

We were just a couple, but this place has lots for families too: daily activities, an arcade, ice cream, a nice pool, and a lazy river. The villas were clean and spacious, and having a washer and dryer was a big bonus. I loved relaxing on the little lanai at night, bug-free Florida enjoyment! The coffee/Boba shop was nice, and the lobby sells spirits and beer, a huge win after a morning of travel. The bar also makes a mean martini. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to the night attendant and maintenance man, who took my NYer fear of palmetto bugs seriously and rescued me quickly with a smile. It's a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again.

My kids loved the waterslides, and the poolside movie with dinner was awesome. The pool bartender was amazing, and the drinks were great. The staff made the whole experience wonderful, and seeing security on the premises helped us feel safe. I only wish the rooms had toilet brushes, iykyk. We're already planning another vacation here. Thanks, fantasy, for making my husband's 50th memorable.
