We had to book somewhere else. There was nobody available for weekend check-in, and when we ran into cleanliness problems, no one was there to help. The comforters were gross, there was hair everywhere, and cigarette butts and cigars littered the ground just outside the unit. On top of that, the smell was awful and there were roaches. Save yourself the trouble and run. It was awful.

The location is great and the place has potential. It's a bit dated but still reasonable. The jacuzzi and common areas need some TLC, and the rooms smell like storage. An air freshener or just airing the place out would go a long way. Management has a few things to improve, but it's okay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the condo was. It's a little dated, but that didn't bother us because it was comfortable as well. The pool and hot tub area was really relaxing.

We're staying in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit now and are thoroughly enjoying it. It's not perfect, but for the price and location, it works really well. The staff are friendly, our son and his friend have enjoyed the pool, and I especially like having a washer and dryer in the unit. We hope to come back later this year.

Our condo was clean and well apportioned, and the central location worked well for us. Don't let all the negative reviews put you off. Read your Instructions and you'll have no issues. We'll definitely come back when we're in Central Florida again!
