The price is great, and the front desk woman was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and have what you need from an average hotel. Despite some negative reviews, we’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk agent was kind and very helpful. The atmosphere felt friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean. I had a comfortable stay.

The rooms are old and outdated, but if you’re coming and going around Kissimmee, the price is justified. I’d never been before, so now I know, and I wouldn’t return. I forgot to take a picture before leaving of the mattress, which looked like a crime scene. If your budget is low, though, this may be the place for you. The site won’t let me post my pictures to show the conditions.

The hospitality was terrible and extremely rude. I couldn’t stand it. There were too many hidden fees behind the fees. Don’t go there.

The staff are kind and professional, and the service is excellent for the price. A perfect mix of affordability and good service.
