Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isles Kissimmee

We keep enjoying our stays here. It feels more like a condo than a hotel, with really large rooms, and it’s usually quiet day and night. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I’ve never seen litter on the floor. Staff do a great job all year. I once left a bag behind and they mailed it to me with everything still in it. Christmas decorations are nice, too. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the theme parks, with gas stations, Target, Walmart, and Publix nearby. For the price, this place is pretty darn good, and we highly recommend it.

I’d been worried that a call to check our booking would be stressful, but Lou from St. Louis made it easy. He was friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. He listened to my concerns first, then checked the reservation and confirmed it matched what I’d entered online. We’re Hilton Gold members and will be staying at Hilton Vacation Club Polynesian Isle Kissimmee for a wrestling tournament. I booked four months ahead because we need two rooms in a somewhat unusual arrangement, and I wanted to make sure it was all set.

The overnight staff were kind and ready to help, and it had a cozy, home-like feel. The man at the guard shack would welcome us home whenever we drove through the gate, which made us feel special. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. They also put on a Thanksgiving breakfast, which was a nice touch.

We were in town for my granddaughter’s aviation classes, and the room worked really well for our three generations. There was plenty of space, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning much easier. We cook a lot, so the large kitchen was a big plus. The grounds are lovely, full of tropical plants, and anything we needed could be handled by text. We really enjoyed staying here.
