Being able to walk to restaurants and family attractions was a real plus, and our stay felt worth the money. We extended it three times because the team made us so comfortable. Veronica, the front desk manager, was especially attentive and went out of her way to make sure things were enjoyable. The whole staff kept the property clean, and breakfast each morning was great. From the minute we arrived, the front desk welcomed us warmly and professionally. We stayed at Holiday Inn and Suites Celebration across from Old Town, and its location made getting around easy. It felt like home, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a clean, welcoming place where the staff care about guests.

Carlos made check-in easy, greeting us with a friendly and courteous welcome and helping us out. My wife and I were in town for an Orlando wedding and spent a couple of days here. The room was spacious and clean, we didn’t hear noise from other rooms, and there were lots of things to do nearby. Thanks for helping make our stay so enjoyable.

The room was quiet and well appointed, the location was perfect, and I had no problems during my stay. The front desk was busy, but Raphael took the time to sort out my reservation and went beyond what he needed to do. He also recognized my IHG status. I got outstanding service from Raphael, and Karen was super helpful too. I was greeted by both of them when I arrived on a business trip. Highly recommend.

We booked five rooms for our family, and Veronica, the hotel manager, made sure everything was taken care of. She was patient, caring, and attentive from the moment we arrived, and handled a group our size with real professionalism. All the rooms were immaculate, and we felt welcome and valued the whole time. Her extra effort to keep us comfortable made a big difference. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is delicious, too. I’ve been coming here for the past year and have stayed loyal to the hotel. Room condition can be a bit of a gamble, though: some aren’t updated and don’t have enough outlets, or the outlets are awkwardly out of reach. Other rooms are just right and have everything you need.
