The food was delicious, and many of our guests said how good it tasted and how smoothly everything ran. We hosted our niece’s 15th birthday celebration at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee, and the team kept every detail under control, making the whole thing feel effortless for us. The organization was seamless, the staff attentive and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. Highly recommend it for a special celebration. Thank you Armando, Luciana, Shakeira, Albert and Karol for the unforgettable memories!

The breakfast buffet was fresh and turned out to be the best choice we made, since we didn’t have to leave the hotel. Viviana served us there and was so friendly with everyone. On the weekend we also had karaoke and ordered food from the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the parks. Check-in was easy, the room was nice and spacious, and there was plenty of room for our dog’s crate and playpen. It has the whole package, and we’re looking forward to returning next year.

The pool was awesome for the kids, with a great temperature and depth. The location worked well, about 30 minutes from the airport and 15 from Disney World. We spent two days and three nights here, and I’d rate it around 6 out of 10. Most of the service was fine, but the cleaning ladies didn’t speak English, so even getting water refilled was difficult. The rooms could have been cleaner, and all the towels had someone else’s hair on them. There was no bathroom ventilation, and the soap was far from the sink, which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent but didn’t have much variety. There’s karaoke downstairs on Friday and Saturday nights.

After a long night out, the food and the three women who helped me get it really saved my day. Viviana, Anaika and Jeidy were caring, attentive, and welcoming. They let me make myself a plate even though they were already wrapping things up and it was last minute. At another hotel I might have just had to accept missing out. I’ll definitely come back, and I’ll look for them to say hi and thank them for their service. Muchas gracias Viviana, Anaika y Jeidy para todo!

The staff made us feel at home, always greeting us with a smile and a cheerful good morning. At breakfast each day, Viviana, Anaika, Maria and Daniela made sure we had what we needed. On our last morning, they wished us well and a safe trip home. The restaurant team was awesome, too. Hazel took great care of us at the bar during dinner on our first night, attentive to what we needed.
