Liza, the general manager, is amazing. She works hard to keep everything maintained and does her best to help guests. The place was quiet and very clean, and whenever we needed something, the staff made sure it was taken care of. This has been one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Loved it here.

I walked out within two minutes of entering the room. It was filthy, with bugs and dirt everywhere, and roaches too. The blinds and furniture were broken or dirty, and the toilet and tub hadn't been cleaned. I've never stayed in a worse hotel or motel. When I asked for a refund, they refused, so I'm glad chargebacks are an option.

We were given three different rooms, and all three smelled of cigarettes and had roaches. When we told the front desk, a red-haired woman showed no remorse and said, “you stayed the night.” The man who had assigned us those rooms also didn't apologize and said he wasn't “authorized” to refund us. This disgusting hotel shouldn't be open to the public. Do better. Edit: Liza, the GM, showed no sympathy and couldn't even offer an apology for this disgusting hotel. Don't stay here. It's run by absolutely disgusting people.

Yasmine was so sweet from check-in through checkout, and most of the employees were nice and accommodating. We stayed nine days, but had to track down housekeeping each time, even though they were supposed to come within the first three days. My son loved the pool, though I never saw it being serviced, and he complained of headaches after getting out.
