The pool roof screen had holes, so all kinds of creatures could get in. We arrived Saturday and notified the company, but it wasn't fully fixed until Wednesday. They offered pool heat, which we didn't need with temperatures so high, and with bugs in the pool until Wednesday, then offered late checkout. We didn't want to stay any longer after all the problems. My family rented 2256 Crofton Ave, Davenport, FL, and the house was dirty when we arrived. The pictures didn't match what we walked into. We couldn't set the air below 72 degrees without being responsible for the whole unit if it froze, and it was 88-92 all week during our April 2025 visit. My husband and daughter got sick from the heat and couldn't take part in activities for 2 1/2 days. After we got home, they offered me $150 to settle things and asked me not to write a bad review or say anything negative. The paperwork also said nothing could be said and no legal action taken. That was insulting. I sent photos and emails of everything. We lost more than $150 because my family missed 2 1/2 days of planned events. This was meant to be a relaxing, memorable trip. We lost my father-in-law to cancer in May 2025 right after, and I had explained to Lisa at Homes 4 u how much this trip mattered. I feel the situation could have been handled with more care and empathy. We've used Homes 4 u for years and never had an experience like this. Things happen, but when fixing a mistake, be fair and do the right thing instead of trying to pacify people. The options they offered to make it right were truly insulting. That was time we'll never get back.

I've been dealing with this company since 2002 and keep recommending and referring them. I've stayed in five-, six-, seven-, and eight-bedroom homes, and next month will be my first mansion. I can't wait for our family reunions. They've given me the best service I've ever had since 2002. When people see my Florida photos, they always ask where I stay. Keep up the good work, homes for you. Love you guys.

We looked at other homes in the same area before renting this one, and this was by far the best equipped. It had bath and pool towels, a coffee maker, electric kettle, paper towels, trash bags, and even toilet paper, so all we needed was clothes and food. There was plenty of space, and the game room and home theater were comfortable and set up well for family night. The pool and hot tub were heated as advertised, and everything worked. Two things didn't go as planned, but they were addressed and fixed quickly. Renting this home was an excellent, really pleasurable experience. We'd do it again. Thank you for a great stay.

I was a little unsure at first since I've always stayed in hotels, not homes. But after two days here, I'd definitely stay with homes4uu again in Orlando or wherever they have properties. The house is clean and comfortable, the team responds quickly to questions and needs, and it's a great setting for families.
