Carmen at the front desk was especially welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her kindness made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious, quiet, well-kept room. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and the Disney parks, and felt like great value for the price. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend it and come back.

Carmen was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude and great customer service made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping, with the Disney parks only a short drive away. It was a pleasant, relaxing visit, and we'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

We booked at the last minute, and the value for the price was hard to beat for a little extra driving to Disney or Universal. The location is a bit away from Kissimmee's main tourist areas. The decor was slightly dated, and you could hear obnoxiously modified cars going by. It's a no-frills place, but the room was clean and comfortable. I'd come back.

Room 210 was clean and comfortable. The man at the desk was one of the nicest people I've ever met. It's close enough to everything, but far enough out of the way that it isn't too busy. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
