Jame S Club Cortile Condo

It was an okay place for our 4-day stay, apart from the pool access and the bed. We chose it mainly for the pool, but couldn't get the key until 5 in the evening on our last day. The room was clean, though the sheets had black hair and brown stains on them. Otherwise, things were okay.

We've been coming to Club Cortile for years and still love staying there. It's quiet and gated, with nice landscaping and security at night, but it's close to stores, restaurants, and the theme parks. The shared amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym, and basketball court, and the rules are enforced, so the place stays pretty peaceful. Each unit has a different owner, so you need to rent from an owner directly, and the clubhouse doesn't service individual condos. Units range from basic to beautiful, so if you find one you like, stick with it. The airport is about 30 minutes away and the parks are around 15-20 minutes away, though traffic can be heavy.

We’ll definitely return. This is a clean, pleasant gated community with nice townhouses and a clubhouse. There’s a swimming pool, gym, plenty of parking, a wheelchair accessible entrance, and a security gate. It’s located off Seven Dwarfs Lane and serves Orlando and nearby areas. The staff were great.

We had to cancel our family vacation booking and scramble to find enough hotel rooms, even though we thought lodging was already sorted. For three days before our planned departure, through the day before, I tried to get the access details I had been told would come with the confirmation. The email had no contact information, and the first two numbers on the website were out of service. The property manager I eventually reached said she couldn't help because every unit is individually owned and she had no access to them. I had no way to reach anyone who could assist. We were told we'd get instructions after confirmation, but that never happened. Terrible hosts, ripping people off.
