At least the shower was hot, but otherwise this place barely did the job. The rooms were gross, with pot smoke smell on the walls and something rotting near the shed out back. There was actual dirt all over the tub, and the pool looked nasty. No free breakfast, either. It's a roach motel in the literal sense: four walls, a bathroom, and a bed. I wouldn't recommend it.

The receptionist said only one room was available and wanted us to look at it before checking in. There were poop stains on the wall when he showed it to us, and then he acted as if he didn't know they were there. We left, but the hotel still refused to refund the money we'd paid. Don't book here even if the price is very low and the location is good. It's a health concern that the place is open at all.

The one thing in its favor is the value for the money. This is a motel, though, not a hotel, and it wasn't a good fit for a family stay. The rest of the experience fell short of what I expected, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The room needed cleaning before we could use it. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator was disgusting, and the tub was dirty too. There's no room service, and we had to buy our own bath towels. The pool looked dark green, like swamp water, with algae and bacteria on the surface. That Google photo is a blatant lie. All night people walked past our room and slammed doors, and the wall AC wasn't fitted properly, so you could see outside. The owners' attitude tells you what kind of place this is. Don't stay here, especially with family. It's definitely not the best of Orlando!
