Lake Cecile Inn and Suites

It wasn’t bad at all. I wish there’d been a coffee maker, and the mouse traps made me a little worried. Since there are no smoking rooms, they could use more smoking containers outside the rooms.

The manager was nice when I checked in and promised things, but never followed through. I found management unhelpful, and I couldn’t get my money back even though I didn’t have the funds to move somewhere else. I paid for a week, and was told there were no refunds. A friend was sick the whole time too. The room stunk, the linens were disgusting, and I had to buy my own. There was no housekeeping because the housekeeper took a week off, and we had to take our own trash out. The place was infested with roaches and mold. I bought Raid and roach motels, and asked to be reimbursed for those products. When I took the trash out, I saw 9-12 empty rooms on the third floor. Looking through a window, I saw mold all over the walls. It looked like they paint over it and rent the rooms out. This place needs to be evaluated, and the health board should shut it down. I’m not done with this place. I’m sure I’m missing something, but it was terrible.

I called to ask for a room and was told one was available. When I arrived, the front desk man looked at my two toned show car and said they had no rooms, but then rented to the person after me. I felt judged because of my car, and thought he lied to my face. This is unfair business practice, so please don’t support it.

There were roaches on the walls as soon as I walked in, and nobody was cleaning or handing out fresh towels or toilet paper. The rooms don’t even have phones, so I had to walk to the office whenever I needed anything. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, even though I’ve been to some bad ones. It doesn’t deserve a star, and disgusting doesn’t cover it. It needs to be shut down.
