Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club, Dazzler Select by Wyndham

For a budget stay, this place does the job. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, the showers were fine, and there are useful amenities nearby. The hotel is small, but the pool was clean and mostly empty, and kids should enjoy the outdoor play structures. It was quiet overall while we were there, though I sometimes heard the neighbors and a few noisy families down the hall. The motel-like setup meant we could hear suitcases rolling back and forth late at night, which felt odd. If you’re visiting Disney, the shuttle only went to one park. During our stay it left for Hollywood Studios at 8:30 in the morning, and from there you had to take the tram to the other parks, so early entry wasn’t possible. I don’t know when the shuttle came back, and we ended up relying a lot on Uber or Lyft. Still, if you’re watching your spending, it’s a decent place to sleep and keep your things while you’re at the parks.

We had such a memorable stay, and the staff deserve a lot of credit. Mariana, Andressa, and Ilza at reception were wonderful, as were Alexandro, Jeny, and the other café team members whose names I can’t recall. The room service staff were especially kind. Davi from maintenance took the time to show us how to use the washing machine, and Paulo made us feel so welcome at the café on our first day. Congratulations to all of you, you’re incredible!

The team really made us feel at home. Andrea, henry, and boneibelka were warm and accommodating, and even remembered me from an earlier stay with their company. The gentleman at the host stand and the breakfast chef were just as friendly and helpful. The man working the desk on Saturday the 20th recognized me too and welcomed me back. It’s clear how much pride and care they put into looking after guests. I’m happy to return several times a year and keep coming back to this place.

The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond, and breakfast was good, with a reasonable range of fresh options. The renovated design gives the property a modern look and the rooms are comfortable. But the stained bedcovers and pillows need proper cleaning and upkeep. That stood out right away, especially for someone who cares about cleanliness. If they improve the linens, the stay could be much better.
