We paid the full price upfront through Hotels.com. About a week before our vacation, the owner emailed to say the property wasn’t available for our dates and told me to contact Hotels.com for a cancellation and refund. Hotels.com couldn’t reach her, only getting voicemail, and she didn’t answer my emails either. I ended up filing a fraud claim with my bank. Don’t book here. It’s a scam.

We booked and paid upfront through ORBITZ, then got an email there telling us to contact the property. There’s no real phone number for the location, and MICKEY'S PARADISE seems to have disappeared. ORBITZ can’t reach them, they don’t return calls, and we’ve received nothing. This place isn’t real, and they’re taking people’s money without providing anything. It’s a ripoff, a scam, whatever you call it. Stay away and book somewhere else.
