Newly Room in Cozy Hotel With Super Location Parks

The room was spotless and even nicer than the pictures, and the location was a perfect distance from Disney. But the customer service was awful. I had to leave early and reached out several times by email, phone, and WhatsApp about a refund. I called more than once too, and still haven't heard back. I'd really appreciate a response.

It's a very clean, central place, handy for shopping and going out to eat, or just enjoying the hotel. The service is among the best I've had, and the prices are very good too. A true five-star hotel, and I recommend it without hesitation. I hope to visit again this summer!

This is a remodeled motel, plain and simple. They did a good job updating it, but you can tell it used to be run down, and some parts still haven't been patched up well. It's the same hotel as Greenpoint Hotel Kissimmee, just with fewer amenities, including no breakfast and no room cleaning.

I come to Kissimmee for vacations every month, and I love staying in these rooms. They're bright and modern, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is so convenient. Close to the big outlets and kids' amusement parks too!
