OYO Hotel Kissimmee West

We stayed at OYO Relax Inn for a week and left a day early. The room itself was clean, but this didn't feel like a family-friendly place. People were shouting and arguing at 6 in the morning and woke us up, there was a lingering marijuana smell, and homeless families were renting rooms. We had to ask every day for clean towels and trash bags. When we asked about a hair dryer, the maintenance worker was rude and said they didn't have one. The website said otherwise, so the front desk told him to get one from the warehouse. Our beds were never made during the stay. We won't come back. Spend a little more for somewhere safer with better service.

The building looks plain and brown, but inside the rooms were well kept and the staff were really friendly. We added a few days to our vacation and picked this place because the price was affordable and the online pictures looked decent. I was missing an iron, but one was brought right up as soon as I asked. There's plenty of land for kids to run around, though watch out for ants, Florida, you know. We'd definitely stay again.

For a low-budget motel, the location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture is comfortable, and there's a mini fridge and microwave. The staff are very friendly too. Considering how much you save, there's really nothing to complain about. Easy to recommend if you're on a budget but still want quality.

The outside could use some work, but the rooms were in surprisingly good shape. It's near lots of fun attractions, and the pool stayed empty the whole time we were there. At $30 a night, it's hard to find better. We'd happily stay again.
