Quality Inn & Suites Heritage Park

I was here for work training from Dec 6th-10th, and the staff's warm, professional welcome made being away from home much easier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, and they let me check in early without any trouble. The room was spacious and spotless, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. I'll choose this location again and highly recommend it! 🙌✨

We arrived on Saturday, February 21, 2026, and the receptionist assigned us a room that smelled so awful of cat urine, both inside and outside, that we ran right back out. The next room they showed us was filthy too, with stained carpet, a dirty, faded chair, and dirt and stains all along the hallway carpet. We couldn't bear staying there, so we decided to find another clean hotel. They refused a refund, saying the room was non-refundable. Booking.com told us they couldn't return the money if the hotel wouldn't agree, so the hotel kept it. The rooms were disgusting, with cat urine smells, stained carpets, and dirty, stained sofas. They're thieves and scammers.

Getting around on foot was easy, with plenty of places to eat nearby, which helped since I didn't have a vehicle. I spent four nights at Quality Inn Heritage Park and felt relaxed and appreciated by the end. The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pool was a quiet spot to unwind after a long day. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. It really felt like a home away from home. Best hotel in the area, and I can't wait to return!

A dog in the room next door barked nonstop on our first night. It had been left alone and, apparently, wasn't checked in, so at 10:30 pm we had to move rooms. They put us in another building where the hall smelled strongly of marijuana. Staff said they couldn't go door to door to find who was smoking. The smell came into our room and made my wife physically ill. I put a bath towel along the floor to try to keep it out. The hotel offered $50 back for ruining our weekend. It was a horrible stay, and I'm contacting Choice Hotels to file a formal complaint against Quality Suites at Heritage Park.
