The hot tub was amazing, and the townhouse had lots of space, a clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. I did like the property, but the unit needs some care: the carpet was old and gross, there was mold in the shower, the walls need fresh paint, and the tile needs a deep clean. I came to stay near a friend, but they wouldn't put our units close together. Her room was much cleaner and nicer, even though we paid the same. If there's a $150 cleaning charge, the room should actually be clean. It felt like paying for something I didn't get to enjoy.

The downstairs bathroom flooded twice, and the second time water spread across the whole downstairs while I was showering upstairs. We stopped using the bathroom after the first flood and told management. They sent housekeeping with extra towels but didn't know what to do. The host never replied. After we went to the parks, we came back around 11 p.m. to a note saying the plumber couldn't fix it because the problem was outside and the water had to be shut off. The front desk couldn't move us or change our Airbnb, and Airbnb couldn't reach the host either. We had to leave for a hotel and pay for it ourselves. I never heard from the host afterward, apart from automated check-in and check-out messages, maps, restaurant tips, and a “hope you had a great stay.” We absolutely didn't. Airbnb did have our back, thankfully. The place was dirty too: crumbs on the floor, a sticky railing, and hair in the shower. It was supposed to be quiet after about 11, but there were parties. Every Google review seemed right. This was one of my worst Airbnb experiences. Don't use this resort. If you do, bring cleaning supplies and a tool kit.

We spent 14 days in a two-bedroom townhouse during the cold snap in January and February 2026. Even with that weather, it was warm enough inside. On the milder days we used the pool and slide, and the hot tub felt great after the parks. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer made the stay easier and cheaper, and Amazon packages could be delivered right to the door. The location worked really well for Disney, Universal, and the airport. For the price, the quality was excellent. We took two colleagues' recommendation despite the negative reviews and were glad we did. I'd suggest asking for a Lakeview unit. We spotted several animals from the patio.

We had a great ten-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of four, a bathroom and shower in each bedroom, and a large downstairs toilet by the kitchen and living room. The outdoor Jacuzzi was lovely, and the covered terrace had mosquito screening that kept insects out. The resort has a pool for kids and adults, plus a bar, restaurant, and game room. The restaurant was fine for a quick or late meal, though I wouldn't call it outstanding. The kitchen could use a few more items, and the knives needed sharpening. The carpets might have benefited from another vacuuming, and the place has a few signs of age, but those were about the only little issues we noticed. It's about five minutes from old town Kissimmee, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. There's a car parade every weekend, so it's a good spot if you like muscle cars. The Disney parks are about a 15-minute drive away. You can choose apartments with two, three, or four bedrooms, and we'd definitely consider coming back. A top rating from us.

The townhome was spotless and really comfortable, and having a hot tub was a huge bonus. It's a lovely hidden gem, and I can't wait to return. Even the late check-in and my last interaction with the staff felt warm and thoughtful. Paola, Iverson & Anthony deserve a special thank you for their kindness and truly idealic (pun intended) service. They made me believe again that hospitality isn't a thing of the past. My expectations were blown away, which doesn't happen often. Now, could you do something about the Sun so it doesn't hide the whole time?
