It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the price was nice. The children liked it too. Finding the place can be tricky depending on when you arrive: we got there around 6:30pm, before the sign was lit, and nearly drove past. In the regular upstairs two-bedroom villa, the bathroom is extremely tight. You can barely turn around.

When I first moved in, this seemed like one of the best places to stay, but things have changed drastically over the past four months. They keep changing the towing rules, and residents are getting their cars towed. People paying over $2,000 a month can’t park in front of their buildings and have to walk from a lot on the other side of the complex. It’s an inconvenience for residents who are trying to work and pay their bills, and now we’re also being charged other fees. When we bring this up, management says they’re off the clock and will deal with it another day. That’s ridiculous. The kitchen sinks come loose, there’s mold, and upstairs bathroom leaks come through the first-floor light fixtures. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re trying to rent here. This place needs to be condemned, and the health department needs to be called.

I regret living at Saratoga Villa Resorts. At $2,200 a month, the condition of the property and lack of accountability from management are insulting. The apartments are falling apart, with mold, leaking roofs, and broken toilets that take ages to be fixed, if anyone fixes them at all. Water damage is clearly ongoing, yet management keeps collecting rent while residents deal with health hazards and maintenance problems. Parking is a nightmare too. My car is regularly towed from the property even though I’m a paying resident, and the reasons are unclear or keep changing. It feels predatory and intentional, like towing tenants is part of the business model, with no transparency, warning, or regard for how disruptive and expensive it is.

The room was well kept, and the staff were all really friendly. It’s a really nice place to stay, within walking distance of the shopping at Disney Springs.
