The villa was a great fit for six of us at a cheer competition in Kissimmee. We had a three-bedroom unit that was essentially two connected rooms, with lots of space. My daughter loved the jetted tub. Food and stores were close by, and Island H2O waterpark was nearby too. The rooms and resort were nice, with only minor updating needed and nothing looking really outdated. The pool area was nice, with a bar and store. I've heard there are two pools, but I only saw one. There were activities through the week, including karaoke, and an arcade. It reminded me of Westgate Resorts. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. I wish I'd taken pool photos. One thing to know: we saw two raccoons during the stay. One kept its distance, while the other was more jumpy, lol. Nobody was hurt, but it's worth mentioning if you're out late or have trash near your room's exterior. How did I not know about this place before? We stayed in January.

The extra fees felt a bit much, including $7 for extra towels, and the rooms could use some updating. Still, the price wasn't too bad and it's a great place. I'll definitely stay again!

We wanted somewhere affordable and roomy for a family Disney day, and got a three-bedroom villa that sleeps eight. The staff were so accommodating, I can't say enough good things about them. The pool area was a lot of fun, with specials and dancing. There's also a gym and arcade, and the gated security made me feel safe leaving my car. We'll definitely be back! The full kitchen, big living area, and balcony made our spacious, clean, comfortable suite feel like home. The resort was beautiful and well maintained, with great pools, lots of families and kids around the grounds, and plenty of activities. Everything was great from the start. Ricardo, who I believe is a front desk supervisor, made check-in quick and smooth. He was friendly, professional, and helpful, so our vacation got off to a stress-free start. Holy, the guest services agent, was also very friendly, professional, and helpful. The resort exceeded our expectations. I'd definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable resort stay.

This trip has been a headache since check-in, and I can't wait to go home. Don't expect your room to be ready at the 4 pm check-in time. It was very dated and dirty: the toilets wouldn't flush, food from previous guests was on the floor, and soap had been left in the shower. The linens smelled strongly of bleach, so I had to wash everything again. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
