Chelsea at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. She was friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and got me checked in quickly and easily. The room was clean, and the customer service was great. Stayable is lucky to have her!

This is what you'd expect from a cheap motel, and we didn't expect much, but the room being unclean is why I'm giving one star. The beds were made, but there was hair in the sink, mucus in the bathtub, and after about five minutes of walking on the floor, my child's bare feet had turned black. Absolutely unacceptable. Under the bed looked like it had never been swept or vacuumed. They were kind and worked with us. The fridge was broken, but they replaced it promptly, within 30 minutes. The bigger problem was that they wouldn't clean the room until the next day. We canceled and left, then pursued a refund. While texting with the hotel, they started claiming there were rooms available and that we had refused a new room, so they wouldn't refund us. Total garbage. I'm still working hard to get my money back. For about $50 more, we stayed at a Marriott hotel for the rest of our trip. Never go here. Stay away. Book with Marriott.

Bianca, the manager, made a real difference during our stay. She was kind, attentive, and professional, and clearly cared about making things run smoothly for guests. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, with comfortable, roomy suites and a handy location. I had a great time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommend Stayable Suites Kissimmee West.

I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms are in awful shape, and the place is dirty. Around three quarters of the doors are damaged at the bottom, water from the AC units drips into trays outside the windows, and the beds feel damp. The mattress covers had mold and mildew, and there were bugs in the room. I saw a bedbug before. My sister reported it, but staff acted as though they'd never had bedbugs. Bugs also get in under the broken doors. If you're staying for a long time, they don't provide anything for you. The noise was a problem too, with loud music and kids running through the halls. The vending machines are usually nearly empty. When there's an issue, the office seems eager to get you checked in but staff have an attitude once you're there. A lot of the workers speak Spanish, which made communication difficult for us. Other guests near the front have complained about the room conditions too, but some said they had nowhere else to go. I asked about the bad reviews and was told they came from unhappy former guests and weren't true. After staying here myself, I don't believe that explanation. I also read one review saying a woman had been attacked here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but I definitely wouldn't cross the street. It's a very busy road. I'd rather stay at another motel down the street.
