The room was large, visibly clean, and nicely decorated, and the kitchenette worked well and was handy. We also liked the clean pool area and the stand-up bar beside it. Staff were welcoming, and housekeeping brought fresh towels and toiletries each day. We had a lovely stay and would happily book again. The carpet was vacuumed, but it seemed to need a deep clean, since the bottoms of our feet got noticeably dark. We could also hear a lot through the thin walls, including doors slamming, people coming and going, and noise from the pool.

The front desk team was wonderful. They let us check in early and responded quickly and professionally when we raised the cleaning problem. The free shuttle to Disney and Universal was helpful, though the schedule wasn't always convenient and it was late on the first day. Our suite was very spacious, with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, three beds, two queens and one king, plus a pull-out couch. It would work well for a family or group. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, one of the best parts of the stay. Rest was difficult, though. Sound carries through the halls because there's little soundproofing, and a sports team ran and yelled in the hallways most nights. The most troubling issue was housekeeping putting a towel that had been left on the floor, with blood on it, back on the clean towel rack. That's completely unacceptable. The layout, pool, and front desk service were great, but the noise and housekeeping problems really affected our stay.

The spacious suite layout worked well for a larger family. We liked being able to close off the bedroom for privacy, and the full kitchen had a microwave, full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and the bedroom was surprisingly quiet once we were inside it. The property is showing its age. Some updates seem to have been attempted, but they looked like work done by hired hands rather than professionals. Our room was mostly clean, though finding a random fingernail on the rug was gross. Friends in another room had visible mold, which wasn't our own experience but does raise concerns about how consistently the rooms are maintained and cleaned. We'd give our stay three stars. For the price and space it was decent, but the dated condition and the mold in our friends' room brought it down. If management addresses those issues, it could be a good family option.

The location was fantastic, with lots of nearby places to eat, and outdoor parking was plentiful. After a day of sightseeing, the spacious heated pool, hot tub, and poolside bar were a welcome break. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and staff made the beds daily. Check-in was easy, and our family of four appreciated having a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a kitchenette. The breakfast buffet team, daily housekeeping, and maintenance staff all did a great job. Definitely a family-oriented hotel.
