I booked through Matteus Holistays Disney on Airbnb in July 2025 for February, and he canceled the night before check-in, claiming maintenance issues. I believe he has several houses listed with the same photos, takes bookings, then cancels at the last minute for more lucrative offers. I couldn't leave him a review on Airbnb because we never stayed, and a Facebook page has complaints about him. In my experience, Airbnb hasn't done anything about it. This cost me $1,300, plus $160 for pool heating. He won't respond to my messages about the pool heat charge. I'm in touch with the BBB and a lawyer. Stay far away from Holistays Disney.
