Unno Boutique Hotel

I ended up sleeping there one night, though I wasn't happy about it and couldn't find a negative star. The bed was comfortable once I got past the ick. There was a dead roach greeting me, the room smelled old and moldy, and the door didn't close properly, which felt unsafe. The place was one of the few I considered because I needed an appliance, but none was available. In the second room, the shower handle was broken. Accommodations were low or nonexistent, and there was no call service or customer service from 9pm until 10am the next day. If you need any help during those hours, there is none. I don't recommend it.

The rooms are cheaper than others nearby, relatively safe, and the location isn't bad. It's far from some places but close enough. I don't regret staying, though it could have been much better. They never returned my calls or voicemails about the $25 deposit still charged to my card weeks after checkout. I had to dispute it with the card company to get it removed. Some sheets and walls were stained. At check-in, they asked for my phone number with my ID and also required my guest or roommate's ID, which seemed unusual. When I asked why they needed the phone number, the front desk said, "security." They never needed to call me, but when I called, I couldn't reach them and got no return calls. I think an owner or manager answered once, the first night when I called on the way to confirm check-in availability.

Roaches were everywhere and there were mice in the rooms. When I asked about the roaches, they said it was normal to see them. For the mice, they said the noise was the fridge by the bathroom. The lady was polite, but didn't care about my concerns or suggest a refund. Nobody was at the counter to talk to, and after charging me for the stay, customer service blocked my number. I've got pictures of the mice, roaches, loose faucets, unpainted bathroom, and dirty rooms. I'll send them to the health commissioner in Kissimmee. Don't use their dirty washing machines either. They got lucky I'm not from Florida, or I'd have contacted the health department already, and I still will eventually. I don't need an apology. I regret spending my money here. This place needs to be shut down.

We booked through Expedia for our vacation from Minnesota to Florida, and it became the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and never seen anything like this. After arriving in the middle of the night, we spent two hours roaming around with no help because nobody was at the front desk. We called the hotel from all our phones several times, but no one answered. If staff aren't available overnight, there should at least be phone support for guests. We asked for a refund because there was no service at all, but it was denied. Truly terrible and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
