It’s very close to the theme parks, and it’s great that the resort has a clubhouse pool and splash area for kids, on top of the pool and spa at our home. The parking rule is simple: don’t park on the street. It’s clearly posted at the security gate and on the card they give you when you enter.

The speed bumps are excessive, one every five houses is unnecessary; one at each end of a street would be enough. We also had no hot water for nearly 24 hours and received no reimbursement. The tow truck driver in the complex is a thief, hooking up cars for no reason to charge people and giving no receipts. We won’t stay in this complex again, and we’ll make sure our team doesn’t either.

I was only coming for an event for a short time, but getting there was a hassle: I was turned away at one entrance and sent on a 15-minute detour to another. At that gate, Lydia from “security” was extremely rude. Asking for my ID was fine, but when I asked why, she pointed at the wall and said it was the first rule, as if I’d been here before and read them. She said, “well you need your ID at Disney,” even though this wasn’t Disney. I also had to give the address; when I asked where it was, she said, “I don’t know, put it in your gps,” while directing another car to pull into my space. ZERO STARS.

Not worth staying here. The tow company took my car while I was working out at the gym. I’d only been exercising for 45 minutes. They said it was because I parked in the gym lot, which makes no sense when I was actually using the gym.
