Maria and Jessie are always kind and ready to help with anything, and their support makes a real difference. I love living at Cane Island: it's peaceful, well maintained, in a great location, and has excellent amenities that make it feel like home. I'd recommend it.

I've been trying for over a week to become a prospective tenant. They promised emails and a return call, but neither came. They didn't even submit my application to the co-sign service or follow up. Communication has been awful, and I wouldn't recommend them.

We've stayed at Cane Island twice and loved it both times. The price was very reasonable, the location worked perfectly for Disney World and other popular spots, and the amenities were all okay. Definitely recommend.

We've rented at Venterra Living Cane Island in Kissimmee for three years and still love it. It's quiet, safe, and well maintained, with a welcoming mix of families and kids. My children have made good friends here and often invite them over to the clubhouse. The location makes family life easy, close to schools, shopping, and major roads. The pool and fitness center are kept up well, and on nice days the pool feels like a little vacation. Management is friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We feel taken care of, and things run smoothly. For a comfortable, convenient family home in the 34746 area, I'd recommend it.
