The service and location were okay, but this was nowhere near the advertised “4 star resort.” I booked for the weekend and could only manage one night because of the room's condition. They first put me on the second floor, but the elevator was broken and I had two toddlers and a lot of luggage, so I asked to move. The pool just outside was unbearably loud because of its waterfall. In the room, the switch by the door turned on no ceiling light. There was only a lamp awkwardly placed on the dresser with a long cord and switch, plus a tall floor lamp with its switch at the bottom. It seemed like the lights had been removed during a renovation. The room smelled musty and had mold. The couch was visibly dirty, the bathroom was filthy from floor to tub, and the walls looked like someone had painted over dirt. The shower needed to run for about five minutes before it got hot. Towels had hair on them, and there were no washcloths, so we had to use hand towels to bathe. They didn't provide water, so we had to buy it at their store. The table was falling apart, parking was limited, and the room was dirty overall. At best, this was a 2.5 star hotel. I strongly advise against it.

Stephanie was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had room for four avid scrapbookers to get together and scrapbook while in town. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the hotel and gorgeous pool were clean. Complimentary pool towels were so convenient, since we didn't have to dry ours before packing. I used both the pool and workout room every day, and they were in great shape. The one thing I'd like as a runner is a hot tub, which I hope they'll add. Breakfast's avocado toast was good, and there are lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. The front desk welcomed me and recognized my Diamond Elite status right away. The cookies at check-in are dangerously good. Even with families and small kids around one evening, my room was quiet. The pool area got lively now and then, but the noise never bothered me indoors. I was in town for film production meetings and the runDisney Wine & Dine weekend, and VOCO Kissimmee Orlando was convenient and comfortable. The renovated boutique hotel is charming, clean, and easy to get around. I could leave my room, get in the car, and park at EPCOT in under 15 minutes for corral lineup. That's faster than staying on Disney property, and the extra sleep in the morning is gold for runners. It's a solid choice for Disney visitors looking for boutique charm, quick access, and easy parking. I'll be back.

The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. The location was convenient and the outdoor pool area was very nice. But the shower pressure was weak, and the temperature was lukewarm or cool for at least half our showers. The room temperature was hard to regulate too. The keypad on the door failed for half our stay. We went to the front desk on two separate days: the first time they reset the code, which worked just once; the second time they gave us a key fob that did work. We also found a condom wrapper under the bed.
