I used to come here often and this was my go-to place, but service has gone downhill over the last couple of years. I asked for an accessible room and was assured I'd get one, but I didn't, even though I'm disabled. It was a nightmare. I had to go to Wal-Mart to buy shower handles. The suite was also very dirty, with white ceiling paint all over the place after it had been painted. I slept on the couch because the bed was too high for me to get into. I called for towels and none came; I asked for a stool to get into bed and never even got a call back. The phones don't work. The complaints just go on. I'm never staying again.

Really nice place, clean and with friendly staff. They recently switched on the pool heater because of the cold weather, and we appreciate it. That's the kind of thing that keeps us coming back.

The pool was stressful, not relaxing. There aren't many chairs, so guests end up competing for them. We got there early and took seats, but an hour later a man came down yelling that we'd taken his, and called us liars. He sat nearby glaring at us until we finally left. We don't need that kind of conflict on vacation. The front desk wasn't helpful, just said not to worry about it. They need a lot more chairs.

This stay was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I brought my wife for her birthday, specifically for the heated pools and renovated rooms with big tubs. The pools weren't heated and had lots of things floating in them, as if they hadn't been skimmed in weeks. The shower water never got hot, and the little warm water that came out turned cold halfway through filling the tub. There weren't enough towels, and the refrigerator and freezer doors opened the wrong way, making them awkward to use. No ice or ice makers anywhere. Dogs barked constantly, and the bottom floor smelled like raw sewage the whole time. We're annual pass holders from the Tampa Bay Area and often stay in Orlando, but we've never had an experience like this. Each time we called the front desk, they said they'd tell management, but nothing was done to fix things. Even a $50 credit might have eased it a little, but they didn't seem to care about the problems or customer satisfaction. I'll tell people who ask about places to stay in Orlando to avoid this one.
