For $170 a night, I expected better value. The room was very standard, with nothing updated or special. The AC wouldn't go below 66 degrees, which felt uncomfortable, and the $7 breakfast was about the same quality as free hotel breakfasts elsewhere. I left disappointed with the amenities for that price.

We came as a soccer group with United Genuine and three other teams. They set aside a private meeting room for team dinners and breakfast, which meant we weren't crowded, and breakfast was included for our large group. On an individual visit it costs $4.99 per person. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was nice, and there were good breakfast options. Staff were super nice too. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Downtown Knoxville, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other things to do nearby. We had a lot of fun and I'd stay at a Holiday Inn again.

We needed somewhere to stay because bad weather had left our apartment without hot water and with broken water pipes. Another hotel wanted a $200 cash deposit because we were Knox residents, so Holiday Inn's $50 deposit felt much better. Savanah at the front desk was terrific and made us feel comfortable and confident about staying. The next morning, Reina helped us at breakfast and made us feel at home. We'll use Holiday Inn again if we have pipe problems or other issues at home. Thanks for having such a great staff!

The room was very clean, the shower relaxing, and the beds comfortable. They were also unusually high. I'm 5'1" and had to struggle to climb up, since the bed came above the top of my thigh. Our friends had the same kind of bed in their rooms too. It wasn't a complaint, just something we all laughed about. Breakfast was okay, not beautiful. The hotel is lovely, nicely laid out, and has a bar. Everything else was excellent, and I'd definitely stay again.

I found out I can stop in for breakfast for $5 without staying overnight, so now I come a couple of times a week to get my day started. I love the staff, especially Jebbi, who's always so nice and attentive. I recommend this hotel to all my out-of-town guests. Thank you, Holiday Inn!
