Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville Kodak, TN

I’m here several times a year for work, and the rooms have consistently been clean and high quality. I’ve found great deals, too, which make a luxurious-feeling stay affordable. It’s nice that guest rooms still have microwaves, since that’s rare and something I really value. The lobby smells fresh as soon as you walk in, and the front desk has a welcoming vibe. Mason has remembered me each time, even with months between visits. I always feel lucky to stay here.

We’ve stayed at plenty of Country Inn and Suites, and this one stands out. The building is well kept, and the lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful, including the very kind woman at the front desk when we checked out. We appreciated the hospitality and have nothing negative to report. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip into TN.

I usually can’t enjoy the breakfast because I’m at work, but I did try it once and thought it was very good. The young man working there was cheerful and did a great job. I stay here when my job and bad weather make it necessary, and the staff are always friendly and help me extend my stay when I need to. My rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I’m grateful to the whole team for making these stays so nice. Thank you!

The lobby is nice, the location works well for traveling through, and breakfast was fine. We booked at the last minute. Check-in was friendly and fast, so we got to our room soon after arriving. But our room was across from the gym, which we only realized in the morning. Very early, people kept letting the gym doors slam, and at 8:45am the cleaning staff were talking loudly and moving around outside our door. We had no “do not disturb” sign, so I had to get up and tell them we weren’t ready for cleaning. We didn’t sleep well. I can’t remember another hotel where housekeeping started that early. The hotel didn’t seem full, so a quieter room would’ve been nice.
