We added a few nights, and since our original room was already booked, they gave us a great deal on a larger room with a kitchen. The pool was one of my favorite parts, clean and with a slide, though it drops into the shallow end, so adults should be careful. I didn’t see any signs banning alcohol. Our first room had no coffee pot, which meant going out for breakfast after we ran out of coffee. Other than that, things were great. I’d never stayed in a motel before, so the small room took some getting used to. The bathroom had no sink, and I had to take things out only when I needed them. Still, it’s an affordable place to sleep and shower, and you can walk to the beach. The room was clean, towels, washcloths and soap were replaced, and the beds were made daily. I liked the two chairs outside each room and the clean ashtray built into the wall. The concrete walls kept things quiet unless someone was right outside the door.

The pool was clean and really nice, and there’s an outdoor grill area with picnic tables and lights. For the price, this place is hard to beat. It’s a lovely little gem less than 100 yards from the fishing pier, restaurants, and coffee shop. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and could use some care, but they were clean and comfortable. We’d stay again, 10 out of 10.

The beach is very close, which makes this convenient, and there were no bug problems. Prices and location were both great. But the toilet and shower are much too small, the beds were uncomfortable, and the towels felt like sandpaper. It’s not bad for the price otherwise, but the rooms need remodeling. Having to twist into a yoga pose and break a sweat just to wipe because the toilet is so tiny is a problem 🤣

We had a really nice weekend getaway. The room was very clean and had what we needed for a couple of nights, and the staff were friendly. We even met some people who live close to us. Beach access is only a few steps away, with places to eat and shops nearby. On Sunday morning there was also a beachside church service within walking distance. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it for a fun weekend.

The owners are really nice, and the beach itself is great. Our towels and trash were taken care of every day, and the beds had plenty of blankets and were good. The AC worked well, and the bathroom was nice. Beach access is right beside the hotel, so the location was perfect. I’ll stay here again next year.
