The dog setup worked well for us, with a designated relief spot behind the hotel, and bringing my dog along was no problem. It cost an extra $30 per night. Parking out front was limited, though there was a nice-looking patio in back. The pool was a regular hotel pool, with no hot tub, and there was a fitness room. Our standard double queen room and the shared areas were clean and modern. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed and pillows were soft but still comfortable. Shower pressure was the one letdown. Breakfast was tasty, with an automatic pancake maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual hotel items. The booth seats had outlets and USB ports for charging.

We drove three hours with friends after booking on the 25th for the night of the 27th, only to be told the reservation shouldn't have gone through and would be canceled. When we asked what we were meant to do, staff said they couldn't help, even though another room had been canceled earlier that morning. They claimed I booked around 2am that day, but I have a confirmation email dated the 25th. There was no manager at the hotel, and it took an employee at least 20 minutes to reach one about our situation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Olivier was especially kind, and the service was outstanding. Thanks for being understanding while we were dealing with a challenging situation. We'll be back and will choose this hotel again.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were amazing. The place was super clean too. Best hotel I've ever stayed at!!
6/10
The shower pressure puts this place way down my list, since that's how I usually judge hotels. With my nearly bald head, rinsing shampoo from my pate took ages. The sink pressure wasn't any better. Still, the bed was comfy, breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel itself was quite nice. The staff were top shelf.
