I didn’t stay long enough to unpack. There was hair on the sheets, bubbles in the toilet, stained towels, dust on the table and TV, and no storage space. The shower had a big hole that looked like it had been covered with toothpaste, and the fridge didn’t work. I also couldn’t get the heater going for hours; I called for help, but nobody came. The desk clerk seemed to be having a terrible day, and I didn’t like being unable to pay cash. When I asked for a full refund, I was refused. Rudely, I’ll be calling the health inspector. We went to Royal motor inn the next morning and had a great night in a clean room with a clean bathroom and heat, for the same price. This was absolutely disgusting, and those good reviews must be fake!!!

I’d lived in La Grande for years before moving away, and Quail Run was the best deal I could find. The rates are great, and the room had a firm bed, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It was clean, with good cable TV and excellent internet. Sean, the manager, was very agreeable, and his wife was friendly too. This is the place to stay while you’re in La Grande, Or. Great rates and nice folks, again.

For a budget stay, the rates are great and the rooms are clean. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating.

The rooms aren’t disgusting like they used to be. The new owners or management have made a lot of positive changes.

The rooms are a bit dated, though they’re remodeling. The people at the front desk were really nice.
