Good value for both short and long stays. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything works. The owners are kind, housekeeping does a very good job, and the prices are reasonable. Pets are allowed for a small fee. There’s truck parking, and it’s within walking distance of shops and a movie theater. It’s the best lodging in town, and I don’t know why people complain.

Absolute trash. One room smelled like mold and had a toilet that didn’t work. The AC in another room wouldn’t cool it down, and a third felt swampy and smelled of mentholated pain cream. We tried to check out and get the ridiculous $200 deposit back. It was almost 11 am, and the woman at the desk finally answered her door after we’d knocked and tried calling for 20 minutes. She was rude to us. Don’t stay here, you’ll regret it.

The motel is dated but clean, the owners are sweet, and our stay itself went smoothly. When our motorcycle broke down, we had it towed in because there was a repair shop nearby. We were lucky to find what we needed, and Daniel and his wife let us park the motorcycle under cover right by their door. We fixed it and were able to leave in the morning. They were wonderful to us! If you’re after a clean room at a nice price, stay here. Copper Kitchen is one block away, a great, friendly place to eat. Thank you, Daniel and wife. Awesome.

It’s not the fanciest place, but if you want a very, very clean room for a good price, this is the spot. The mother and daughter were so helpful with this old woman’s needs. I’ve stayed twice in the past couple of months and plan to come back. Wonderful place and wonderful people.
