There were a couple of women working evenings who were really nice, but the morning shift employees weren't friendly. On my third night, when I pulled the sheets back farther than before, I noticed what looked like blood stains. Staff changed the sheets, but when I raised it with management, they didn't acknowledge my concern or even talk to me about it. Management later called and said they couldn't do anything. I also called corporate, and they likewise said they couldn't do anything or offer compensation. If you have a problem here, this is probably the kind of hospitality you'll get. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay somewhere else.

Ms.Michelle greeted us with a warm smile at check-in and made sure my needs were accommodated. She was exceptional. The hotel is modern and clean, with stores and restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and spacious, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and fresh, and the staff were so nice. 10/10, highly recommend. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

We all slept great in the spacious room, and the AC got wonderfully cold. The pullout bed was a little hard to open, and there was a gap in the bathroom door, so we had to put up with some discomfort or stuff a towel in it. Still, we truly enjoyed our stay.

I stay here on business trips. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and there's nice outdoor seating. There aren't many restaurants nearby.

Michelle was attentive to every detail and made me feel heard and valued from the start. She was friendly and professional, and made sure everything was handled promptly and with a smile. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and is a real asset to her team. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. If you're looking for great service, ask for Michelle.
