I was trying to spend less than the nearby Airbnbs, but I should’ve known better. Like Andrew Y mentioned, this still seems to be an issue. Taylor Evans comes across as a nice older lady at first, then talks about being at war with the current HOA and treats everyone she mentions as an enemy. I paid everything in full and on time, kept in touch, and left on time, yet the Sheriff’s dept was called on me this morning during checkout. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her.
