The area is beautiful, but I’d buy somewhere else to avoid the headache. We bought our home 1 1/2 yrs ago and soon learned the AC unit is too small for the house. They won’t fix that or a long list of other problems: cracking grout, huge wall cracks, and large gaps around the windows that let in tons of dust, plus much more. Newer homes with our floor plan have the correctly sized larger AC unit. We’re in contact with an attorney.

It looks nice, but the cheapness is a problem. The doors and AC units are broken, the wifi has lots of dead spots, and the landlord is useless.
