The AC was nice, but the rest of the weekend was awful. My room seemed dirty, and I couldn't tell whether the linens had been changed. Staff and management had bad attitudes, and one of them yelled at my kid just for running around. My wife wanted a relaxing weekend after working four months straight, but somehow it became my fault even though she picked the place. Now I'm getting divorced and she's taking the house. I'd still rather be homeless than stay at this shitty spot.

The place was disgusting, with a bad smell, cockroaches, mold, and fruit flies everywhere. The workers were incredibly rude, and they couldn't even provide clean towels when my wife invited her boyfriend to stay. This has put me off ever coming back to New Hampshire. I wouldn't recommend it even to my wife's side piece.

The room's luxury jacuzzi tub is a bonus. If you come, make sure to ask for it, or they might cover it with sheets and say it's out of service. My three days here felt like what I imagine a 30-year prison sentence would be. Staff act like guards, with biker gang turf wars happening regularly in the common areas. And don't try to beat a local at pool. I lost everything.

The cabin was fairly comfortable, but not as clean as I expected, and the Wi-Fi wasn't great. There were no screens on the bedroom window, but Mario accommodated our request for some. We rented cabin #9 for a week, then got lucky when the water stopped working in a few cabins and Mario, the manager, moved us to larger cabin #5. The online photos make the cabins look bigger than they are. We also hadn't realized how close ours would be to the main road. Motorcycles made it loud, and the saloon across the street was closer than we liked. I can't imagine staying during bike week. No one offered fresh linens or anything else, so we bought what we needed. The outdoor trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied, and animals made a mess with dirty diapers and other trash scattered around. For the price, even off season, I don't think we'd book again.

There were ten of us girls, and we were thrilled with the property overall. It had great spaces and amenities, and was super clean. Sofia and Derek were wonderful to work with even before check-in, and arranged an early check-in for us. The staff were friendly, attentive, and kept checking in by message. I’d definitely recommend the place. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable, which was a small thing and didn’t spoil our weekend. Maybe mattress toppers or foam would help.
