Bebe deserves a shout out for the way she handled my concerns. I had a few issues during my stay, and she apologized sincerely, listened, and did what she could to make things right. That care made the experience better, and it didn’t go unnoticed. People who go the extra mile for customers deserve recognition, so Bebe is the reason I’m giving this a 5 star review. The hotel definitely needs updating, and I hope they consider upgrading the rooms soon. Keep up the great work, Bebe. Thank you!

We’re owners and have been coming for about ten years, through the property’s ups and downs. The sales people vary, some are pushier than others, but that’s their job, to annoy the heck out of owners, so I don’t hold it against them. There are plenty of pool options. The splash pad at Tower 1 was great when the kids were little, and now they like the pirate pool and lazy river most. The pool there used to have great parties and activities, but it seems like they have entertainment quite a bit less often now. Grills are best at pavilion 5 between Tower 6 and the lazy river. The pizza spot is the best on-site value and tastes good. You can run a 5k without leaving the area by going to and around the JW Marriott and back. If the lake pump is off, the whole property can smell. One other tip, odd numbered rooms usually face a pool, even numbers look at a parking lot. In an even numbered room in towers 5 or 6 above the 10th floor, you can see the Disney fireworks every night. We mainly stay in Tower 6, around 80% of our visits, but have tried the other towers a couple of times. The rooms are just okay, nothing special but nothing wrong with them. On-site food service is too pricey. A burger at Back Bay Bar, which was recently renovated, costs 23 bucks and there’s nothing special about it beyond the price. Drinks are watered down and over iced, so it’s better to pour your own in the room and enjoy it by the pool. We’ve tried everything on the menus at the on-site bars and restaurants. The food is okay, but the prices are horrible. Service is usually pretty good, and people are friendly most of the time.

The manager and reservation department’s customer service staff were professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind from the start. Their communication was clear, they paid attention to details, and they were willing to help. It made me feel valued before I’d even arrived, and left a lasting impression. It’s rare to get that kind of care ahead of a stay. Based on my experience so far, I can tell the hotel takes good care of its guests. The manager, I believe his name is Jeff?, seems like a big part of that. Thank you for making this such a positive experience. I really appreciate it.

We watched the fireworks from the patio restaurant, with the moon and planets looking beautiful. The place was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice. There were great restaurants and a coffee place, and the staff were great too. It’s a very nice place to stay, close to everything. We’ll definitely come back.
