There aren’t many rooms, which helps keep the place quiet, and check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms are clean, the innkeepers are caring, and it’s close to the lake. This is a great budget place to stay. I want to keep it to myself so there’ll be rooms for me, but I’m too honest for that. It’ll be my first choice whenever I’m up in Belgium Wi. If it’s booked, I’ll have to drive a lot farther to find somewhere half as good.

It was busy, but our waitress was awesome, and the food came out hot really quickly. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. This was my first Friday night fish fry here, and it was wonderful. The perch, fries, and coleslaw were great. We’ll definitely be back.

A no-fuss dive bar with five-star results. For less than $20, I got Lake Michigan perch, two Spotted Cows, homemade clam chowder, mini potato pancakes, marble rye, applesauce, sour cream, coleslaw, and a little dessert shot. It was the best Friday night fish fry I’ve had in years. Dave and his wife are gems in the service industry. Highly recommend.

We brought five people, and the fish was excellent and the drinks were good. Lake Church was an old favorite, and going back after about a year didn’t disappoint. Dave and the crew always do a nice job.

I’ve eaten here twice, and both times the owner went out of his way to make sure we had a top-notch experience. It’s a highly underrated dining spot, with some unusual finds on the menu instead of just the usual bar food. Thanks!
