The staff were friendly and efficient, and breakfast was better than the basic bread-and-jelly spread at many similar hotels. My bed sheets were clean and comfortable, though the towels were so rough they felt like they were meant to exfoliate instead of dry you off. I paid $213 for one night as a solo traveler, expecting Hilton-level comfort. Several hotels next door were priced between $70 and $130, so the stay felt disappointing for the price and the Hilton name. I chose Home2 Suites by Hilton because it was the most expensive option around and had generally good reviews. I expected a comfortable room and a good night’s rest. I was assigned room 318 on March 5th 2026, after a 13-hour drive and very little sleep the night before. The room was spacious and looked promising, but the mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered in my 50 years. It felt worn out with no real support. I later read the hotel was built around 2016, and the mattress honestly felt as though it might date from then. I didn’t get the proper rest I’d hoped for, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, with great staff and plenty of amenities. Breakfast was simple but good, and I was able to eat easily while avoiding gluten and dairy. The head server knew her dietary protocols well. I just had to be careful not to use the shared tongs. We were woken by trucks on I-75 all night, since the hotel is so close to the highway. Next time we’ll ask for a room on the far side of the building, if one’s available. Still, it was a nice stay.

We appreciated having oat milk at breakfast, since most hotel breakfast places only offer dairy milk. The breakfast was smaller but had enough choices. The rooms were amazingly clean, and the beds were very comfortable with nice-feeling linens. The location right off the interstate made getting on and off easy. We didn’t see anything walkable nearby, though that wasn’t a problem for us and might matter to some people. Thanks for a great stay!

The breakfast bar had plenty to choose from, including non-pork meat options, which I appreciate when a hotel considers different dietary needs. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I usually enjoy staying at a Home2 Suites, but they’re not all the same. This one’s a good one. We could hear traffic all night because it’s close to the interstate, though it bothered me less than I expected when I first got to the room.

We’ve stayed at this Hilton property for seven years, and the consistency is why we’ll keep coming back whenever we’re in the area. General Manager Klaudia Lapham is one of the best leaders we’ve encountered in hospitality. She clearly takes pride in how the hotel runs, and you can see it across the front desk, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance. Every stay, the rooms are clean, fresh, and in great shape. The whole property is spotless, from the lobby and elevators to the hallways, dining area, and guest rooms. The staff are more than polite: they’re kind, attentive, and accommodating. Breakfast is always hot, well-stocked, and well-managed, which is unusual to find so consistently these days. It’s dog-friendly, too. You wouldn’t know animals had been in the rooms; they’re kept that spotless. The attention to detail really stands out. Year after year, Klaudia and her team make it feel like we’re coming home. There’s a warmth and care here that can’t be manufactured, and the management’s example sets the tone throughout the hotel. Hilton corporate should take note of leaders like Klaudia. She represents what the Hilton brand stands for, and she’s why guests like us return year after year. Without hesitation, 5 stars.
