The units are all very nice, and the room itself was great. What let the stay down was the front desk team's communication and follow-through. We got incorrect information and little help with basic requests like coffee. One evening we asked for service around 5 or 6, but nobody came, even though they'd said they would. Then they messaged us at 6 in the morning to ask whether we still needed it.

We were right beside the pond, and our family loved having that lovely bit of nature just behind us. We also enjoyed playing pickleball at the clubhouse and getting some exercise. The accommodations weren't especially fancy, but we had a positive stay.

As a WorldMark owner, I found this Club Wyndham location disappointing. Our room felt run-down, with water damage around the toilet in the bathroom. The pullout couch bed also sagged instead of lying flat. It wasn't what I expected as a vacation-share owner.
