We keep coming back because the location makes it easy to get where we need to go, and the rooms are clean and well looked after. I’m picky about that, and the public spaces look cared for too. The front desk team is professional, kind, and genuinely helpful with your stay. Even the pillows work for us, which is unusual. We’ll be back.

We had a family Christmas in one of the main rooms by the pool, and the staff made sure we were taken care of. My family and I had a great time. We stay in a lot of hotels, and this was honestly one of our best experiences. The hotel was amazing, and the staff were top notch.

The desk staff were nice, the location worked well, and the rates seemed fair. But we stayed six nights after checking in on 8/24, and the advertised full-service restaurant and bar were both shut the whole time. We could have managed that if we’d known ahead of time. After three or four days, my wife had marks on her face that looked like bites. We told the desk clerk, who worried the room might have bedbugs. Staff said they checked and found none, and suggested the marks could be from the detergent used on the linens. Before we left, GM Alex Eder said he’d give us a $700 credit for the problems and email a receipt within a few days. More than a week after speaking with him again, following several attempts to reach him, I still haven’t received the credit. We wanted to like the property, but the closed amenities without notice, my wife’s bites, and Mr. Eder’s failure to follow through led me to post this. Get any issues settled before leaving. Holiday Inn should be ashamed to have this group as franchisees.

We booked the king jetted tub room for a Christmas getaway. The first night was fine, but the next morning my wife had bites on her arm. We thought little of it until she woke up with even more the following morning. The IHG staff seemed unsurprised and immediately said they’d refund our stay. The IHG manager said they couldn’t be certain the marks were bed bug bites without a doctor confirming it. I’ll add photos so you can judge for yourself.
